The N170.3 milion alleged fraud case that was initiated against the chairman of Zinox Group, Leo Stan Ekeh has resurfaced as the federal government of Nigeria has charged Ekeh, his wife, Chioma and 11 other suspects to court over the alleged contract fraud.
