Unknown gunmen on Sunday evening attacked the convoy of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah at the Enugwu-Ukwu community in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State reportedly killing about six of his security details. Sources said the gunmen opened fire on the convoy, and police operatives in the convoy responded and about six policemen were gunned down in the shoot-out. The incident happened late on Sunday.
