The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara State on Wednesday converged at the Ilorin zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to protest against the continued detention of a former governor of the state, Abdulfatah Ahmed, by the agency. Abdulfattah Ahmed, former governor of Kwara State came under the klieglight as a forensic audit commissioned by the state government has exposed massive theft of public funds totalling N11.9bn.
