A staff of Polaris Bank, Emmanuel Agbroko, has reportedly absconded with customers’ thrift savings.
According to Umukoro Hendrix, the Divisional Police Office, Obiaruku town, headquarter of Ukwuani Local Government Area (LGA), Delta State, Nigeria, Emmanuel has been declared wanted over the alleged multi-million naira customer deposit fraud.
The suspect was alleged to have duped depositors of their hard earned money through numerous crafty means.
Emmanuel who works with Polaris bank at Obiaruku branch in Delta State disappeared on the 1st of Oct 2019. The suspect dropped a note and the content is yet to be disclosed by his family members.
All efforts to speak with the bank proved abortive.
Speaking with one of the victims she said that Mr, Emma did not only hijacked all their thrift contribution savings but also depleted her private account which she discovered after visiting the customer care of the bank for verification on Friday 4th of Oct 2019.
