Brig. General Mohammed Buba Marwa, (Retd) CON, OFR, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), articulated a strategic alliance with the Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN), underscoring the imperative of leveraging the influential platform of music to convey messages of prevention and rehabilitation.
