The President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has named Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja, a Maj. General in the Nigerian Army as the new Chief of Army Staff.
Lagbaja, a member of the 39 regular course of the Nigerian Defence Academy, is the immediate past General Officer Commanding of 1 Division in the Nigerian Army, Kaduna and was the GOC 82 Division, Nigerian Army Enugu.
