An aide to Temitope Balogun Joshua, a frontline Nigerian preacher and televangelist, insisted the highly revered ‘man of God’ is alive.
National Infinity learnt that the 57yr old founder of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), died in Lagos on Saturday evening shortly after concluding a programme at his church.
The unnamed aide told Today’s News Africa that the Pastor Joshua is ‘very well alive’ and praying down stairs.
According to family sources, an official statement was still being prepared while the cause of death remains unknown but his remains had been deposited at the morgue and an autopsy would be performed as soon as possible.
