‘Why and how I killed Super TV boss’ -21yr old UNILAG student

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 21-year-old Chidinma, a student of the University of Lagos, for allegedly killing the Chief Executive Officer, Super TV, Usifo Ataga, in the Lekki area of the state.

Chidinma was paraded at the police command headquarters in Ikeja on Thursday and the state Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, said Chidinma had confessed to committing the crime.

The 21-year-old undergraduate of UNILAG explained that She killed Usifo during an argument over sexual matter.

The suspect said she met Usifo four months ago through her friends who introduced her to him. Ever since, they have had times to go out together and the last one which led to death was one of such outings.

She also explained that they normally have fun and do drugs together, and on that fateful day, they were on drugs before the incident happened at the apartment.

Chidinma alleged that, Usifo tried to have sex with her against her consent, and that her refusal resulted in an argument that made the deceased hit her head on the wall while she stabbed him twice in retaliation leading to his death.
