The police in Abuja is currently investigating the involvement of Providus Bank Limited, some of its officials and another commercial bank in an alleged N1 billion fraud scam, THE WITNESS reports. Kano Emirate Batttle: Gov. Abba orders demolition of Bayero’s Palace

The Kano State governor, Abba Yusuf, has directed the State’s Commissioner of Police to evict the 15th Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero, from the mini Palace in Nasarawa area of the Kano metropolis with immediate effect.
