More facts have emerged on the Budget Padding controversy rocking the National Assembly with reports that Senate President, Godswill Akpabio allocated N90bn to his constituency. BudgIT, a non- governmental organisation claimed that Akpabio padded the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, with 280 projects in the 2024 Budget.
